When parents separate, reaching mutual understanding regarding the child’s situation can be difficult. Even when emotions run high, the child’s best interests must not be overshadowed by conflicts between the parents.

Our primary goal is to find a solution that suits both parties and serves the child’s best interests through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, matters concerning child custody, visitation, and child support must be resolved by the court. Court‑assisted mediation is also a credible alternative and often leads to positive results.
